Elastance shape factor: n changed from 8 to 3 (smoother activation curve, prevents unrealistic LVP spikes above aortic pressure in normal physiology) 2. Aortic valve conductance: kAv increased from 18 to 28 mL/s/mmHg (faster valve opening; LVP-AoP gradient equalises physiologically) 3. Windkessel runoff resistance: Rr reduced from 1.2 to 0.8 mmHg·s/mL (aortic pressure tracks LV ejection more closely) 4. ESPVR drawing: back-calculated through actual simulation-derived end-systolic point (V0_eff = ESV - ESP/Ees) rather than trusting the V0 slider directly 5. PVA potential energy geometry: corrected from triangular approximation to proper integration bounded by ESPVR (top), IVR vertical at ESV (right), and EDPVR curve (bottom) 6. Extended with: valvular pathologies (AS, AR, MS, MR), Stage 5 interventions (pre/post TAVR, MVR, CRT-P), 6 UI themes (CSS variables), mobile Canvas2D renderer, EDPVR Scale and Slope independent sliders, teaching notes and educational stage banners throughout ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── EDUCATIONAL USE DISCLAIMER ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── CardioMechanics is intended for educational purposes only. It must not be used for clinical decision-making, patient management, or diagnosis. All physiological values are simplified model approximations. The simulator does not replace clinical judgment, medical training, or professional advice.
